According to the SREB&#8217;s page on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sreb.org\/main\/EdData\/DataExch\/dataexchindex.asp\">the state data exchange<\/a>, the last update for appropriations and tuition funding for higher education was in December 2007, before the second round of midyear cuts in Florida. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Correction<\/strong>: It appears that the report&#8217;s endpoint was the 2006-07 fiscal year, not 2007-08.
