Yesterday, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shermandorn.com\/mt\/archives\/001366.html\">I linked<\/a> to a Flypaper blog entry (see <a href=\"http:\/\/209.85.165.104\/search?q=cache:W-2fenK5duEJ:www.edexcellence.net\/flypaper\/index.php\/2008\/07\/the-greatest-scandal\/+liam+julian+%22the+greatest+scandal%22&#038;hl=en&amp;ct=clnk&#038;cd=1&amp;gl=us&amp;client=firefox-a\">Google cache of the page<\/a>, since the original entry is gone) that had pointed to a Wall Street Journal editorial with an <i>ad hominem<\/i> (and silly argument) asserting that Barack Obama was a hypocrite for opposing vouchers while using his own money to send his children to private schools. I am not sure why I assumed Julian had bought into the entire WSJ line of reasoning when he quoted the core policy point instead of the <i>ad hominem<\/i>, but the fault is mine. The Google cache shows I was wrong regarding what Julian had written. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mea culpa.
