So too, when stocks recover,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2011\/06\/08\/us-usa-states-pensions-survey-idUSTRE75755T20110608\">pension assets recover along with other portfolios<\/a>&nbsp;(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salon.com\/technology\/how_the_world_works\/2011\/06\/09\/public_sector_pension_funds_rebound\/index.html\">hat tip<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/krugman.blogs.nytimes.com\/2011\/06\/10\/pensionscare\/\">brim tip<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I am <u><strong>not<\/strong><\/u> going to hold my breath that the pension Chicken Littles are going to walk back the overblown claims made in the past year.
