Wilson<\/a>, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.splc.org\/newsflash.asp?id=1042\">Student Press Law Center<\/a> (which has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.splc.org\/legalresearch.asp?id=49\">resource page on the case<\/a>).  The primary concerns appear to be that the decision, which nominally was about the qualified immunity of a college official from a &sect;1983 lawsuit, has ramifications far beyond the decision about potential damages for censorship.
