(If you can point me to the blog in a comment, I&#8217;ll correct this entry to give proper credit.)  According to acquaintance <a href=\"http:\/\/www.livejournal.com\/users\/hawklady\/42655.html\">hawklady<\/a>, the National Weather Service <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhc.noaa.gov\/pdf\/TCR-AL122005_Katrina.pdf\">Katrina postmortem<\/a> (PDF) is another example of professional honesty, this time in a brutally public sense.
