In the talk, I will present the idea of anonymous diploma registration as a technical solution to measuring graduation in both K-12 and higher education. This morning&#8217;s column in Inside Higher Ed, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.insidehighered.com\/views\/2006\/11\/06\/dorn\">A Compromise on Unit Records<\/a>, is the higher ed piece, and I have put together an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shermandorn.com\/ADR\/\">online tutorial<\/a> on the general idea. The audio was recorded during the conference, so it&#8217;s not polished, but it will get the gist across.<br \/>\nThe talk this afternoon is <em>not<\/em> just about anonymous diploma registration.
