This weekend is the beginning of my spring break, and a colleague and I were joking about how we’re so well-socialized that we think of break as an opportunity to clear some of the work backlog. Yes, I’ll also relax.<\/p>\n
I can’t quite announce something officially yet (no, it’s not a job switch, exactly), but there was something decided today that will be changing some aspects of my life in the next year (and possibly beyond). I’ll write about it when it’s official.<\/p>\n
One of our zebra finches died overnight from an intestinal blockage. Carl was a young bird who was cheerful and adventurous. We’re going to miss him.
