Housekeeping note: I have kept a number of obsolete pages on my college’s website server for several years, and this week the directory was deleted. I have the files and will upload some of them here, but that may take a few months to find the time necessary.

I had that happen once. A Blackboard for a course I was teaching was arbitrarily wiped out over the summer. Big surprise when I got back in the Fall. Luckily, I had backups. IT folks can be dangerous sometimes.
In this case, I directed the deletion (after asking for backup files) because the obsolete nature of the materials could confuse students.
