Digital Campus » Episode 78 – Death Knell for the Paywall is a wonderful example of why I listen to these folks every time another Digital Campus podcast comes out: you need to have a little knowledge of the subjects they’re discussing, but Dan, Amanda, Mills, and Tom (and any guests or irregulars) consistently provide perceptive comments on the trends and bloviation about educational technology from a humanities perspective. Particularly relevant in this week’s podcast is a continuing discussion of the rhetorical attempts to argue that dropping out, DIY higher ed, or badges are a replacement for universities.
