Matt Pinzur discusses in his blog today the non-salary negotiation issues described by the United Teachers of Dade regarding the three-year contract currently in negotiations. As someone who’s a higher-ed union activist, I don’t know that much about the K12 negotiating field, but Pinzur takes a stab at tea-leaf reading. It’s a fascinating fleshing out, and I’ll be curious to see how accurate he is.
